Please read the terms & conditions outlined below to determine if you qualify to return your bed linens:

• You have up to 30 days from the date that you receive your order to return it to us. We cannot exchange or issue refunds for returns that we receive after 30 days. Items that are received after 30 days will be returned to the sender.
• Please email us for a return authorization (RA) number using the "Contact Us" section on this site. You must clearly mark your name and RA number on your package. Items that are returned without an RA number will be returned to the sender.
• You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return to Sheet Snob. We recommend that you use Fed Ex or UPS. These carriers can insure and track your shipment to us.
• Please wrap your return in the original packaging. For your protection, we strongly recommend that you purchase shipping insurance. Sheet Snob will not exchange or issue credits for returns that are damaged in transit to us.
• Sheet Snob will not exchange or issue refunds for merchandise that is used, washed, stained, soiled, or damaged in any manner.
• Please allow 1-2 weeks for your credit to be processed.
